REQUIREMENTS AND DEADLINES FOR OBTAINING A MASTER'S TITLE

maximum completion period of 24 months

comply with a minimum of 24 credits in courses - The minimum number of credits that must be obtained in courses taken at PPGIES is 08 (eight)

completion and approval in at least one Teaching Internship, which must be carried out between the 2nd and 3rd semesters, with a minimum duration of 1 semester and a maximum weekly load of 04 hours

have been approved in Seminars in Progress of Dissertation (Qualification Examination) in up to 12 months, counting from the month of enrollment

approval in proof of proficiency in reading English before the defense date
- have published (or formally received an acceptance for publication) of at least 1 (one) technical paper in a scientific event or equivalent considered relevant for the Interdisciplinary area - Chamber III of CAPES, preferably publication in an indexed journal or equivalent with B1 or higher ;

presentation, defense and approval of Dissertation

- comply with a minimum of 36 credits in disciplines - The master's degree will allow the use of up to 24 (twenty-four) credits obtained in the master's degree in the doctorate course automatically - The minimum number of credits that must be obtained in disciplines taken at PPGIES is 04 (four) |
completion and approval in at least one Teaching Internship, which must be carried out between the 2nd and 3rd semesters, with a minimum duration of 1 semester and a maximum weekly load of 04 hours |
